Privacy Policy
The short version: Rallo has no account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. What you enter stays on your iPhone (and your own iCloud, if you turn sync on). The only time anything reaches us is when you choose to share a club night as a live link.
What Rallo stores
Matches, scores, player names you type, club nights and your settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them. They are deleted when you delete the app, except where your iPhone backs them up to iCloud or a computer as part of a normal device backup, which Apple manages.
iCloud sync
If you turn on Settings → Sync with iCloud, your matches and club nights are stored in your private iCloud database so they appear on your other devices. That database belongs to your Apple Account; we can’t see it.
Live links
If you share a club night as a live link, Rallo sends the night’s table and current courts to our server so other people can see them at the link: the format, round, player names as you typed them, and scores. Players can send a score for their court from the page using the PIN you show them. Anyone with the link can see the table, so use first names or nicknames. No account, device identifier or location is sent, and the data isn’t linked to you.
The data is deleted as soon as you tap Stop sharing, and automatically 48 hours after the last update. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.
Apple Health
If you turn on Settings → Apple Health, Rallo saves each finished match to Apple Health as a workout with an estimated calorie figure, and reads your most recent weight to make that estimate. This is optional and off by default. Health data is used only for this, stays on your device and in Apple Health, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is never used for advertising. You can turn access off at any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access.
Purchases
Rallo Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we don’t see your payment details or Apple Account. The app checks your purchase with Apple on the device.
Live Activities and voice
The Lock Screen scoreboard and the spoken score calls run entirely on your iPhone.
This website
rallo.club uses no cookies and no analytics. Cloudflare, our host, processes standard request data (like IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.
Children
Rallo doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from children. Live links show only what the organiser types and are deleted within 48 hours.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
