How do I score a point?

Tap the half of the scoreboard for the team that won the rally. Rallo works out what that means: 15, 30, 40, golden point, a side-out or a second server. Tap Undo if you tap the wrong side.

Can I change the rules?

Yes. Choose rules for a single match when you start it, or set your usual rules in Settings → House rules. Padel supports advantage, golden point, silver point and star point; sets to 6, short sets to 4 and pro sets; and an optional super tiebreak. Pickleball supports side-out and rally scoring, games to 11, 15 or 21, and best of 1 or 3. Both sports can use a time limit.

The voice sounds robotic

Download a free Enhanced or Premium voice in iPhone Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices, then choose it in Rallo → Settings → Umpire voice.

How do I share a club night live?

Open the night, tap ⋯ → Share live link, and show the QR code. Players open it in their browser and send their court’s score with the 4-digit PIN. Tap Stop sharing to delete the link straight away. Live links need Rallo Pro.

How do I show the table on a TV?

Open Control Centre, tap Screen Mirroring and choose the Apple TV or AirPlay TV. Rallo shows the scoreboard or club-night table full screen while your phone stays free for scoring. TV mode needs Rallo Pro.

How do I delete a club night or a match?

Touch and hold it in the list, then choose Delete. You can also delete a club night from ⋯ inside the night.

Where are my matches stored?

On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if Sync with iCloud is on in Settings. There’s no account.

I bought Rallo Pro on another device

Open Rallo → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel the yearly plan?

In iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rallo. Cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial or the year ends. Lifetime is a one-off purchase with nothing to cancel.
